The decision to list with her was heavily influenced by the fact that she could sell all our "old stuff" and then sell our house. She conducted an estate sale in conjunction with an open house while we were traveling, and everything went very smoothly. Before meeting Jena, we talked to a couple of other estate sale people who had numerous restrictions regarding what they would and would not do. Jena took care of it all...if something didn't sell at the estate sale, she took it to her facility and sold it at auction. She completely cleaned out the house and tidied up before leaving. This was HUGE for us, since we were many miles away at the time. She even deposited the proceeds check directly into our bank account.
Jena also had great recommendations for services such as lawn care and minor repairs and was always willing to make the arrangements or make the introductions.
